My husband is mister can do anything, and if he finds something he can't he'll research it, and then just do it. He never ceases to amaze me at all the things he knows. The other day on the way to the b-day party, my van was acting up and I didn't think I should be driving it. So we had him drop us off and he headed home to work on the van. He worked on it for a few hours and now...she purrs like a kitten (with 150,000 miles on it)!

Happy Birthday Damon

Ryan and Jake's buddy Damon celebrated his 4th birthday today. We went over and the kids bounced in the huge bouncer, rode bikes, and hit the pinata. It took a quite a few solid hits before the thing started leaking candy, but the kids had a blast. Then it was off for presents and cake. All was great until the new toys were not shared...then it was meltdown city for Ryan. Thankfully his 'tude settled down and we were able to say goodbye peacefully and without any whining or crying.

3D Movie at Bapa Bryce and Sharon's House

After being out on the boat for a few hours, we headed back to Bryce and Sharon's house for dinner. Then we popped in Journey to the Center of the Earth in 3D mode. There weren't enough glasses to go around, but it was enjoyable none the less.

Boating on Lake Minnetonka

We took the boat out on Lake Minnetonka to cruise by the mansions and drool. Us adults had a nice time, but the kids got a little bored. At least they all got a good nap!

Summer Fun

When it's over 90 degrees outside, and you have small children, there is only one thing to do. Get WET! We've been hitting the beach fairly often lately, but it's quite the task with the 4 kids. I thought maybe we might take advantage of our deck and the easy up and make our own little "swim hole". The kids all love it, so did cousin Braeden who stopped by for the day with Nana. Uncle Danny stopped over too which made it even more fun, if that's possible.

The big day

We've set the date, we've sent the invites, and we're getting ready to introduce our official and legal new Peterson. Just a few more weeks to go!

The Wedding..pics in reverse order

It was a beautiful day. The weather was perfect, the kids behaved, the groom looked handsome and the bride look not only gorgeous, but happier than I've ever seen her! I can't believe all the great pictures the photographer got. I wish I had room to put more on here, but you'll have to settle for some of my faves, but they're in reverse order for whatever reason.
