I'm very excited to have a larger garden than last year. I'm still in the learning phase, but have come a long way in the last two years. Our neighbor came over with his tiller and tilled up my garden plot from last year. I barely filled 1/4th of it last year, and now I'm afraid I won't have enough room for everything I plan to plant this year. So far I've started cucumbers, zucchini, carrots, roma tomatoes, yellow pear tomatoes, yellow and red peppers, jalapeno peppers, and carrots. I've been promised apples and plums from a neighbor's tree and can't wait to make applesauce and jam!
